Stained or yellowish nails may be due to pigmented remains of dark enamel, tobacco. The easiest way to remove stains from nails is to rub them with a lemon wedge or soak them in a mixture of one part hydrogen peroxide and four parts water for 10-15 minutes.
If you want less brittle nails, soak them in a little vinegar with a few drops of lemon juice for 5 minutes, then rinse them with lukewarm water.
Or you can also make a preparation of cucumber juice. Blend a few cucumbers without removing the skin and put the juice in a bowl, introduce the nails to the juice for 10 minutes a day.
Another tip is to mix a spoonful of aloe vera gel in a small bowl plus 3 drops of olive oil. Soak a cotton ball with this mixture and wipe it over your fingernails.
And if you want to help maintain the beauty of your nails from inside your body, eat milk and foods that contain vitamins A and E. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Do not get your hands wet for long periods of time, preferably use gloves for housework or gardening.
